How a return runs
Open the order on the partner site, choose the item, and follow their steps. Their window, their conditions and their carrier arrangements govern, and their page states all three plainly.
The money travels back the same way it came in, on the partner timeline. The desk has no lever in that machinery and no way to speed it.
Do not send anything to us
Our Schaumburg address is a desk, not a receiving dock. A can mailed there cannot be processed, cannot be logged against an order and cannot get your money moving.
Aerosol cans have their own carrier rules besides. The partner process accounts for those; a padded envelope does not.
