How an order travels

Press a buy button, land on the retail partner listing, and finish the purchase there. The cart, the payment page and the confirmation email are all theirs, printed with their name.

Dispatch times, carriers and tracking numbers come from the partner order page. That page is the live record, and it is always more current than any note we could keep here.

What we can and cannot see

We see the line and its labels. We do not see partner order queues, so the desk cannot look up a parcel or move it faster, much as we would like to.

If a shipment stalls, the partner order page is the lever: the contact routes there sit beside the order itself.
