The honest summary is that there is very little to govern. This is a static catalog with no accounts and no checkout.
What we hold
Nothing is collected as you read. There is no login, no cart and no form scooping addresses in the background.
Write to the desk and we hold exactly what the email contains: your address and your words, kept in the mailbox for as long as the conversation needs and used for nothing else.
What the partner holds
Purchases happen on the retail partner site under the partner privacy terms. Payment details and order history live there, and their policy page, not this one, describes that handling.
We never see card numbers or order contents. The two sites hold two different kinds of paper.
